The location of the hotel was great! It was right across the street from the archaeological site which was perfect for us since we were there for the New Year and wanted to explore the ruins. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the ladies who served breakfast. They were cheerful and always willing to assist, even with my gluten-free request. , the room was very clean, which made our stay more comfortable.
there was no central water bubbler that we could access and refill our drink bottles. The restaurant was understaffed, and the waiter seemed inexperienced, which led to an altercation from another table.

The location of this hotel is simply unbeatable - right at the entrance to the Herculaneum Excavation site. It doesn't get more convenient than that for exploring the ruins. Additionally, the staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. One detail that impressed us was the attention to detail in the facilities. We were pleasantly surprised to find a clothes line in the spacious shower, which was a thoughtful touch. This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations.
All was splendid, we couldn't find a single thing to fault.
